Unique design decor, Good water pressure and temperatures, Half balcony in rooms

Proper soundproofing needed!!! A bathroom door upgrade would enhance privacy!!! An air conditioning fix would improve comfort!!!

The rooms with TV, comfortable beds, fridge. Marvellous breakfast, good food.

Welcoming and best staff in all circumstances!!

Great food choices for breakfast.

The location was super convenient, only a 2 min walk to the metro. My room was clean and comfy, and i loved that i heard no noise from outside. Breakfast was decent and worth the price. The staff were always helpful. The little touch with the fake fireplace gave a cozy vibe.

The breakfast was amazing, served in the lobby.

Hotel is near the metro station (Valdeacederas) which was convenient to get around. Staff was friendly. The room was clean (it was cleaned daily)

Location (Tetuan) is ok but not super central. From 22.00 clock is pretty much closed.

Charming boutique hotel feel made it inviting.

The sound insulation in the room was quite poor. I could hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms. The bathroom door design did not lock properly, which compromised my privacy .

The room is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is also a small fridge there. The street-side windows are soundproof.

Daily the same breakfast. Always the same. Another cup of coffee had to be paid extra. For a hotel very poor level.

The room was okay. The breakfast was great !!! Staff very friendly.

Bathroom is renovated, but it was always clean.

Crack in sink required fiberglass repair, smelled unpleasant.

The service was extremely good. The staff are really nice and helpful. My bag was stolen from me during the stay (in the evening in a restaurant) and the staff have printed many documents for free.

Staying at the erase was a delight! The room was really spacious and clean, giving off a cozy vibe. Plus, it's just a two-minute walk to the metro, made exploring super easy. The friendly staff added to the warm atmosphere.

Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would return there. The hotel was quaint and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly nice, greatly enjoyed the magnificent location very close to the cafe downstairs and lots of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and city centre. The breakfasts were marvellous with where locals are joining and sausage, as for instance. The service was great during my stay.

The room had a charming decor , made it feel inviting the staff were genuinely friendly (especially Carlos who brought so much positivity every morning) and the breakfast was a good value for what you pay.
